How can I place an order online?

For RTS (Ready to Ship) product, simply add to your cart and finish the payment. For custom product, please leave an inquiry below.

What if I want a custom product?

Please fill up the inquiry box below with your requirement as detailed as possible, we will get back to you within 12 hours.

Can I have sample before order?

Sample is always welcomed, however, the cost varies, leave an inquiry and we will bring you the cost, the cost is refundable.

What is the general lead time?

For RTS (Ready to Ship) product, we will ship within 3-15 days. For custom product, it depends on your requirement, usually 30 days.

How long will I receive the order?

We use DHL/UPS/Fedex courier for shipping, usually it takes 3-7 working days to arrive.

What's the payment method?

We accept wide range of payment methods, including Bank T/T, Credit Card/Trade Assurance, WesternUnion, L/C, etc.

What's the warranty of purchase?
